Great location with everything you need. I was impressed that beach towels were provided and there were plenty of hangers in the closet. Hosts are easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here again in the future.

The condo was great. Upper deck had great views of the water and sunsets. We even had dinner for 4 at the table under the umbrella. The living area was comfortable for the 2 of us plus the dog. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Full washer and dryer were better than most that we have encountered. Bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers were clean and very functional. We’ll stay there again. And our host, Mary was very responsive.

What a dream it was to stay ON the beach near the Edesto River Inlet with my dog! Seabrook Island Beach is a wonderful place to stay - serene, beautiful, and relaxing. Happy and playful dogs can roam leash free at certain times, however were allowed leashed on all the beaches I visited there. The ocean beach took my breath away! Expansive dunes and sands reaching to the ocean reminded me of "desert meeting the sea". Truly spectacular! And then there are the units. Mary and Hank are very attentive and pleasant hosts. We had absolutely everything we needed...comfortable and roomy beds, very well functioning kitchen, wonderful view of the beach all day long. Part of my family was in another unit so I was able to see how nice their's was as well. How great it was to have a small family reunion at Pelican watch Villas! A big THANK YOU to Hank and Mary!

I had an amazing time! I was delighted to find this condo sparkling clean! It is very well equipped for all your needs, never ran out of essentials. Very comfortable with a beautiful view.

Very clean and relaxing beach condo. The view was beautiful and the nearby resort amenities were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!
